Selo Construction secured the project for a large commercial office fit out of a 3-storey office building and a large warehouse. Works started in January 25 and was completed in July 25 ready for the client to move straight in. It was a complex project with the requirement for a 900M2 Bespoke mezzanine over 3 floors with an external staircase. The warehouse was also fully fitted out with the clients’ industrial requirements for M & E along with “state of the art” biofuel boilers.

The three floors of offices were fully fitted out with high specification washrooms, shower rooms, gym, meeting rooms, and a commercial kitchen. Selo Construction were front and centre in leading the scope and design along with our consultants. The work included new suspended ceilings, glazed partitions, carpets, decorations, and air conditioning throughout. The whole building was fitted with the latest CCTV system and entry system linked to the outside new barriers to the parking areas and to all doors both externally and internally. The project was completed successfully and the client moved in over a weekend, supported by the Selo Construction staff ensuring everything went smoothly and resolving any snags or queries.
