We were approached by a client who had secured planning permission on a two storey extension but needed help planning the project to keep within a set budget.

We provided a flexible approach, where we planned and budgeted for all the work required but allowed the client to take on any parts of the project they wanted to, even if we had quoted for it. This allowed the client to keep the cost within budget, whilst following a plan from our considerable construction expertise. At Selo Construction, we exist to take away unnecessary burdens from building projects, so we only take on the work the client does not want or cannot do, allowing customers to focus on what they need to do.

The works was carried out over a period of four to five months and required excellent communication and coordination for the client and us to work in tandem on the project.

We worked with the client to source the new kitchen and all the sanitaryware for the bathrooms. The client also handled all the decorating, resulting in the client achieving significant savings on their budget. This all resulted in a very happy client and the finished result was excellent.
